The organisers of the conference provide participants with accommodation.

Due to the fact that the organisers of the conference provide participants with accommodation, we would like to give you some information concerning the accommodations details.

 

Plan of Frankurt and Subice

 

The accommodation is provided in guest rooms

of student campus and in the Kaliski Hotel.

 

Student campus is an integral part of the Collegium Polonicum. The dormitories are located in a quiet area, in close proximity to the Collegium Polonicum and they provide a number of outdoor parking spaces.

Student hostels are properly equipped to enable students to fully enjoy their living, prepare for their studies, go in for sports and relax. The student dormitories are open to students of all nationalities, enrolled at the EUV as well as for students of Polish universities who regularly attend courses at the Collegium Polonicum. Not only do the dormitories offer comfortable accommodation up to European standards but they are also a place of cultural and social meetings. They create an atmosphere of tolerance and understanding among different cultures.

 

All dormitories offer high accommodation standards accompanied by the following facilities:

  • · apartments for 1 to 2 persons with excellent equipment;
  • · apartments for physically handicapped;
  • · washing machines and drier, sauna, fitness-room;
  • · garden with volleyball court;
  • · telephone, fax, TV and free internet connection in each apartment.

The accommodation is provided in the Kaliski Hotel which is situated in the centre of Słubice, 200 m from conference venue and 200 m from the border crossing in Frankfurt Oder,

200 m from the hotel is the Colegium Polonicum Nearby are various banks, the district court, a casino, numerous restaurants, bars, cafes and pubs.
